Meet at Seven Hills Running Shop to run to and around Discovery Park. Options for 3.8, 4.1, and 5 miles. The 3.8 mile run has little elevation change and is single track and double track. The other runs include more technical singletrack. Show up early to socialize and shop! We meet with the usual Seven Hills Running Shop group run but will run separately with our usual social pace, no one left behind. You can leave your belongings safely in the store.

If you want to run to Seven Hills Running Shop from Ballard for an extra 0.5 mile out and back, meet at the north gate of the Ballard Locks at 6:00 PM. We walk/jog through the Locks, then it’s a short uphill jaunt across the railroad on a pedestrian bridge. Please bring a mask for the Locks as long as masks are required indoors and in crowded outdoor situations.
